Connection and application of communication 220V Electric Control Box
Insert the 9-pin plug of the communication Electric Control Box into the socket on the base of the lifting lightning arrester and tighten it.
Plug the three-pole power plug on the Electric Control Box into the power socket with ground wire connecting 220V.
The three buttons on the Electric Control Box: "FWD", "REV" and "OFF" separately control the up, down and stop of the lifting rod.
Note: it is necessary to press "OFF" first when the lifting process changes direction (for example, from up to down, or from down to up)"
Stop the button and perform the reversing operation after the rod body stops lifting.

 

Connection and application of DC 24V Electric Control Box
There is a three-position switch handle beside the DC Electric Control Box, and the upper, middle and lower directions are separated from the lift, lift and stop of the control lifting rod.
Insert the 4-pin plug of the DC Electric Control Box into the socket of the base of the lifting lightning arrester and tighten it.
Plug the two-pole power plug of the DC Electric Control Box into the DC 24V power socket. Note: Do not connect the "+" and "-" Poles in reverse.
Note: it is necessary to turn the switch to the "middle" stop position first when the lifting process changes direction (for example, from rise to drop, or from drop to rise), when the rod body stops lifting, the reversing operation is performed.

Equipment method of vehicle-mounted electric lifting lightning arrester
Determine the orientation of the equipment, the bottom support plane is parallel to the axle line, and the area should be appropriate to the area of the bottom plate of the rod body, so that the hand handle has the space to reverse. It is fixed with the base through four holes on the base plate of the rod.
Determine the orientation of the hoop equipment by the axis of the fixed tube sheet of the lifting rod and the corresponding axis of the hoop, and pad the hoop and the fixed tube sheet with 2mm thick rubber equipment hoop.

 

Device request:
① it is necessary to ensure that the bottom plate of the lifting rod and the hoop equipment are straight to the horizontal plane of the car body.
② it is necessary for the equipment of the bottom plate and the hoop to ensure the accuracy of the orientation together. If one end is fixed, the other end will be fixed forcibly because the orientation is not correct.
③ the hoop and bottom support should be installed on the objects that cannot be displaced.
④ The clamp of the hoop to the rod body cannot be too tight to prevent the deformation of the rod body from affecting the normal operation of the lifting rod.

 

Maintenance and maintenance of electric lifting lightning arrester
When the lifting lightning arrester is closed in the open environment, it is necessary to wear rain-proof and dust-proof covers.
Before the falling lightning arrester is closed, it should be exposed to the sun for storage.
If it is not used for a long time, it will rise and dry every half a month in the dry season; It will rise and dry every month in the non-dry season.
If it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to electrify the lifting rod every three months.
