I. Lifting lightning rod manufacturing steps and requirements
◆ steps:
① according to the requirements of the drawings, when lifting lightning Rod foundation construction is carried out in civil engineering, embedded anchor bolts and so on.
② cut the material according to the length required by the design requirements in three sections: upper, middle and lower. If the needle tip of the lifting lightning rod is made of steel pipe, first saw one end of the upper section steel pipe into sawtooth shape, use a hand hammer to tip the point, then grind the weld seam, rinse the tin, and then saw the other end with the middle, find and weld the next two sections directly.
◆ requirements:
① all metal parts with a height of ightning rod must be galvanized, and the galvanized layer should be protected during operation.
② use galvanized steel pipe to make the needle tip, the thickness of the pipe wall shall not be less than 3mm, and the length of the needle tip brushed with tin shall not be less than 70mm.
③ lift lightning Rod should be installed firmly vertically. The allowable deviation of verticality is 3/1000.
④ welding requirements welding should adopt lap welding, and its lap length must comply with the following provisions:
⑤ flat steel is twice its width (and at least 3 edges are welded).
⑥ round steel is 6 times of its diameter.
⑦ when round steel is connected with flat steel, its length is 6 times of the diameter of round steel.
※ Lifting lightning rod is generally made of round steel or steel pipe, and its diameter should not be less than the following values:
a. Independent lifting lightning Rod generally adopts galvanized round steel with a diameter of 19mm.
B. The lifting lightning rod on the roof adopts galvanized steel pipe with a straight diameter of 25mm.
c. Galvanized steel pipe with a straight diameter of 25mm or 40mm is adopted for the top lifting lightning rod of the water tower
d. Lift lightning rod on the top of the chimney adopts galvanized round steel with a diameter of 25mm or galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 40mm e. Galvanized round steel with a diameter of 12mm for lightning protection ring or galvanized flat steel with a cross section of 100mm2, and its thickness should be 4mm.

II. Installation Requirements of lifting lightning rod bracket
① fix the support steel plate of lifting lightning rod on the embedded anchor bolt, weld a rib plate, then raise the lifting ightning Rod, find straight and correct, and then conduct spot welding, then correct it and weld the other three hypochondrium plates. Finally, Weld down lead on the bottom plate, remove the medicine skin and brush anti-rust paint.
② angle steel bracket should have dovetail, and its buried depth should not be less than 100mm, and the buried depth of flat steel and round steel bracket should not be less than 80mm.
③ all lifting lightning rod brackets must be firm, full mortar, horizontal and vertical.
④ the top of all kinds of lifting lightning rod bracket of lightning protection device should generally be 100mm away from the surface of the building; The top of grounding trunk bracket should be 20mm away from the wall.
⑤ horizontal spacing of lifting ightning rod bracket is not more than 1m (concrete support is not more than 2m); Vertical spacing is not less than 1.5m. The spacing should be uniform, and the allowable deviation is 30mm. The bracket on both sides of the corner should be no more than 250mm away from the center of the corner.
⑥ lift lightning rod bracket should be straight. The allowable deviation of levelness is 3/1000 for every 2m inspection section, and the allowable deviation of verticality is 2/1000 for every 3m inspection section; However, the overall deviation shall not be greater than 10mm.
⑦ lift lightning rod bracket and other iron parts should be anti-corrosion treatment.
⑧ the mix proportion of all cement mortar buried and injected in the bracket should not be lower than 1:2.
The installation of lifting lightning rod bracket should be embedded with the structure construction as much as possible.
⑩ carry out elastic line and split positioning according to the design requirements.
※ Others: use a hand hammer. Chisel should pick holes, and the sizes of holes should be the same inside and outside.
First, bury the two ends of the bracket on a straight line, and then use lead wire to pull the straight line to bury other brackets. Wet the hole with water before burying.
If concrete support is used, arrange the concrete support in different gears. First pull the straight line between the two ends of the bracket of lifting lightning rod, and then use mortar to level and straighten the other support.
If embedded iron parts are reserved on the wall, the lifting lightning rod bracket can be welded directly to the iron parts, and the straightening method of the bracket is the same as before.

III. Quality problems for production and installation of lifting lightning Rod
◆The welding place of lifting lightning rod is not full, and solder medicine is not cleaned, and anti-rust paint is omitted. Repair welding should be done in time, knock off the medicine skin and brush anti-rust paint.
◆Lift the needle body of lightning rod, and the verticality of installation exceeds the allowable deviation. The needle body should be straightened again and installed after meeting the requirements.
◆Independent lifting lightning Rod and its grounding device are not in accordance with the provisions of the protection distance between the entrance and exit of roads or buildings. The distance should be greater than 3m, when less than 3m, pressure balancing measures should be taken or gravel or asphalt land should be laid.
