Working Principle
Telemetry remote control system is one of the systems needed by remote control lift rod.
In application, remote control system and telemetry system are not only used for remote control or telemetry of various moving or fixed objects, but also often integrated into a unified remote control and telemetry system. In this unified system, the telemetry subsystem obtains the working state parameters of the measured and controlled object as an important basis for the remote control subsystem to manage and control it; the effect of remote control is then fed back to the measurement and control center by the telemetry subsystem as the reference of the next remote control. The following shows the working principles of remote control and telemetry through the measurement and control system.
The measurement and control system consists of three parts: Telemetry subsystem, measurement and control center and remote control subsystem. Telemetry subsystem includes sensor, telemetry data transmission equipment and telemetry terminal, remote control subsystem includes instruction generator, instruction transmission equipment, instruction detector and actuator, and measurement and control center is mainly operator and computer. The measurement and control objects can be satellites, spacecraft, airplanes, airships, vehicles, ships and other objects in motion, or fixed facilities such as power network, oil and gas pipelines and reservoirs.
The sensor is responsible for the collection and conversion of specified parameters, which varies according to the parameters to be measured, and the parameters to be measured vary with the situation of the measurement and control object. The sensor usually consists of two parts: Sensors and conversion element. Sensors feel the specified parameters, and the conversion element converts the parameters felt by sensors into signals that meet the requirements of the input end of the transmission system according to certain rules. A measurement and control system usually contains several sensors.
Transmission systems are divided into two types: wired electricity and radio. Wired electric transmission system uses wires, cables or optical cables as transmission media, which has the advantages of strong anti-interference and good confidentiality, but has poor mobility and high long-distance use cost. Radio transmission system uses electromagnetic wave spreading in the atmosphere or free space to transmit information, which has the characteristics of flexibility and mobility, but is vulnerable to interference and has poor confidentiality, and is mainly used among moving targets, the information is transmitted between the fixed monitoring station and the activity target and over a long distance. In the radio remote control telemetry system, the devices that transmit remote control commands and telemetry data mainly include the transmitting end multiplexing modulator, transmitter, transmitting antenna and receiving end receiving antenna, receiver and shunt demodulator.

The telemetry terminal has Display, recording and processing equipment, which displays, records, analyzes and processes the received signals to obtain the state and parameter change data of the measurement and control object, it serves as an important basis for the measurement and control center to understand the status and control effect of controlled objects and optimize management and control.
Instruction generator mainly includes converter and encoder. The function of converter is to transform the command of operator or computer into instruction signal, and the function of encoder is to generate various control commands, and select the corresponding control instruction according to the instruction signal sent by the converter and send the instruction transmission equipment to the measured and controlled terminal. Instruction detector mainly includes decoder and instruction decider. The function of decoder is to decode and identify the control instruction output by instruction transmission equipment; Instruction decider is mainly used for anti-interference judgment and confidentiality judgment of control instruction.
When the radio remote control telemetry system works, sensors of the sensors feel the relevant parameters of the specified measured and controlled object, and the conversion element converts this parameter into a signal that meets the requirements of the input end of the transmission equipment according to a certain rule; telemetry data transmission equipment uses frequency division, time division or code Division multi-channel information transmission technology to process and synthesize the sensor output signal, and then modulates it to the carrier and sends it to the measurement and control terminal; the measurement and control terminal demodulates and splits the received comprehensive signals, restores the original signals of each channel and sends them to the telemetry terminal; The telemetry terminal equipment records, displays, analyzes and processes these signals, send the status and parameter change information of the measurement and control object to the measurement and control center. According to the relevant parameters of the controlled object and its change data provided by the telemetry terminal, the operators and computers of the measurement and control center generate corresponding commands and send them to instruction generator according to the control needs. The converter in command generator converts the Command into a command signal to select the corresponding control command generated by the encoder, and then the command transmission equipment transmits the control command to the measured and controlled terminal; the instruction detector of the measured and controlled terminal decodes and identifies the received control instruction, makes anti-interference judgment and confidentiality judgment, and then sends the obtained command to the actuator to transform the signal of controlling the actuator, make the actuator generate corresponding actions to control and manage the work of measurement and control objects and sensors.
