Resistance requirements
The requirement of ground resistance of high voltage short circuit grounding wire determines the quality of ground wire. Generally, according to the technical regulations of DL-T879-2004 of power industry, the ground resistance of each cross-sectional area is not greater than the following values:
Measure DC resistance between cable connection clip. For various sections of 16 mm2 ,25 mm2,35 mm2,50 mm2,70 mm2,95 mm2,120mm2, the average resistance values per meter should be less than 1.24 MΩ, 0.79 MΩ, 0.56 MΩ, 0.40 MΩ, 0.28 MΩ, 0.21 MΩ and 0.16 MΩ respectively.
High-pressure ground wire classification:
(1) high-pressure ground wire can be divided into indoor bus-type grounding wire (JDX-NL) and outdoor line-type grounding wire (JDX-WS) according to the use environment. (2) high-pressure ground wire can be divided into 10KV ground wire, 35KV high-pressure ground wire, 110KV ground wire, 220KV high-pressure ground wire, 500KV high-pressure ground wire according to voltage level

Instructions
(1) When hanging the ground wire: connect grounding clip first, then connect electric clamp; When removing the ground wire, the electric clamp must be removed first and then grounding clip.
(2) installation: separate the grounding soft copper wire and fix the two eyes copper nose on the grounding rod at the corresponding position of the connecting electric clamp (the connecting electric clamp is fixed and movable), fix the monocular copper nose on the ground wire to grounding clip or ground needle to form a complete set of ground wire.
(3) verify whether the voltage level of the grounding rod is consistent with that of the operating equipment.
(4) grounding soft copper wire has phase separation type and combination type, grounding rod has plain top type and double spring hook type clamp.

 

Use and maintenance
Before using the portable short-circuit grounding wire, a priori electricity should be used to confirm that the power has been cut off, and after confirming that there is no voltage on the equipment. First connect the grounding clamp to the ground grid or flat iron, and then use the grounding operation rod to tighten the Wire Terminal to the equipment wire respectively. When removing the short-circuit grounding wire, the sequence is exactly opposite to the above.
The installed short-circuit ground wire, its distance from the live equipment, considering the influence of the ground wire pendulum, its safety distance should not be less than the value of the new regulation of working safety regulation for power industry.
It is forbidden to use winding method to conduct short circuit to ground without clamp.
If the suspension point has touchdown, grounding clamp or special copper rod shall be used for grounding connection; If no solid ground touchdown is available; Temporary touchdown shall be available, and the depth of grounding electrode buried underground shall not be less than 0.6m.
Portable short-circuit grounding wire should be kept properly. Before using each time, carefully check whether it is in good condition. The soft copper wire is not exposed and the nut is not loose. Otherwise, it cannot be used.
The inspection cycle of portable short-circuit grounding wire is once every five years, and the inspection items are the same as factory inspection. After experiencing short circuit, the carrying short-circuit grounding wire that has passed the test shall be judged according to the short-circuit current and appearance inspection, and shall be generally scrapped.

Precautions
1. Check the grounding wire before working. Whether the soft copper wire is broken, whether the screw connection is loose, whether the elasticity of hook line is normal, and if it does not meet the requirements, it should be replaced or repaired in time before use.
2. A priori electricity must be generated before the grounding wire is hung. The untested grounding wire is a common habitual violation in the grassroots, and the grounding wire body cannot contact with the body during suspension.
3. There are many examples of hanging grounding wires at both ends of the two sections of the workplace to avoid the possibility of users inverse power transmission and induction of electricity.
4. When playing earthing column, you should dial the physical strength to quickly dredge the large current of the accident to ensure the grounding quality.
5. Take good care of the grounding wire. The grounding wire shall not be twisted during use. When not in use, the soft copper wire shall be properly coiled. After the grounding wire is removed, it shall not be dropped from the air or dropped anywhere. It shall be transmitted with ropes and pay attention to the cleaning of the grounding wire.
6. New staff must go through training and study on the use of grounding wire. Only after passing the examination can they be engaged in the operation or use of grounding wire alone.
7. Select grounding wires of corresponding specifications according to different voltage levels.
8. It is forbidden to use other metal wire instead of ground wire.
9. On-site work shall not be less to hang the grounding wire or arbitrarily change the location of the grounding wire.
10. Grounding wire has two sides, it has a safe effect, improper use will also produce damage effect, so the grounding wire should be removed in time after work. The switch with grounding wire will damage the electrical equipment and the stability of the power grid, which will lead to serious malignant electrical accidents.
