Inverted telescopic bracket

Inverted telescopic bracket, is a high intelligence, practical and patent product which is a successful coalition of the positioning device and indoor aesthetics. The product adopts the ergonomic design concept, the working performance is stable, and there is no abnormality through the professional long stability test. It is widely applied in industrial robot, intelligent monitoring, conference and other fields.

Technical description:

Inverted equipment, including motor, reducer, drum, base. The reducer is fixed on the end base. Bilateral symmetry mechanical connection to the drum. The reducer provides the output power to the drum on both sides. The front of the reducer is connected to the drive by flange.

A controller for power-break is installed on the flange. The central controller is installed on the top of the reducer. Vibration sensor, which is connected to the power-break controller is in the said central controller.

Lifting motor is fixed in the drum. The lifting motor drives the drum to move synchronously to both sides for automatic winding and releasing.

Buttons on the panel of the central controller include: power button, lift button, drop button, stop button, reset button and emergency brake button.

The drum has a hollow structure and several supports.

Compared with the existing technology, buttons on the controller can satisfy the electric inverted basic function. The vibration sensor in the controller can convert the dangerous abnormal vibration in to electrical signals and break the system by power-break controller, which prevent the shaking or falling accident. In addition, the lifting motor can help machinery complete automatic vent line. Rigid support is set inside the drum to improve the structure stability of the drum.
