Pneumatic lifting rod before installing and using the product, please read the pneumatic lifting rod manual carefully and keep it properly for future reference.

 

I. Pneumatic lifting rod risks and precautions
Danger:
1. When using pneumatic lifting rod, make sure that the equipment is perpendicular to the ground and never tilt.
2. Keep away from high-voltage power equipment when using pneumatic lifting rod, and there should be no obstacles such as wires above.
3. Use device against thunder bolt in thundersky only after you install pneumatic lifting rod as required.
4. Please pay attention to the voltage and current of load appliances, and do not overload the use.
Note:
1. Pneumatic lifting rod is precision manufacturing. Do not disassemble, punch or weld the mast surface by yourself, otherwise it will cause damage or air leakage, and any damage or air leakage caused by it shall not be covered by our company's warranty.
2. Do not use hard objects to impact, scratch, or rub the pneumatic lifting rod surface.
3. Load installation should be symmetrically arranged with pneumatic lifting rod as the center and fixed firmly.
4. Electrical box avoid moisture.
5. Please inject a small amount of lubricating oil into the mast through the gap between the joint sleeve and the cylinder every two months.
6. Pneumatic lifting rod the safety air pressure has been set before leaving the factory without adjustment.
7. Pneumatic lifting rod is equipped with automatic air supply function. When the mast is used for a long time and the internal pressure is insufficient, the air pump can start automatically, and stop automatically after reaching the standard air pressure.

II. Installation Instructions
1. Side installation
Pneumatic lifting rod installation should be at least two points connection, and the connection should be firm.
Pneumatic lifting rod if installed in the carriage, please take good waterproof measures.
The following figure shows the installation dimensions of the hoop and base support.
2. Portable stand installation
Pneumatic lifting rod stand on the ground, the supporting legs are connected with the upper support by bolts, and jackstay is connected and fastened with the lower support by bolts.
Adjust jackstay to make the leg support tight to the ground, and keep pneumatic lifting rod perpendicular to the ground.
3. Pneumatic lifting rod rise
Connect the air pump and air pipe, please use air parcel, as shown in the figure.
Inflation makes pneumatic lifting rod rise. When each mast rises to its proper position, the sound of "Bang" will be heard, indicating that the lock pin of this mast is locked. After the gas source is removed, the mast will not fall.
4. Pneumatic lifting rod decline
If there is no air pressure within pneumatic lifting rod, please inflate pneumatic lifting rod before lowering to avoid mast damage or the risk of mast speed-down.
Pull down the lock pin handle of each section to lower pneumatic lifting rod.
Please pay attention to avoid catching the lock pin handle when Pneumatic lifting rod falls.
5. Use of wind-resistant fiber rope
One end of the steel wire rope has safety hook, which is buckled on the angle plate of the pneumatic lifting rod fiber rope; The other end is equipped with flowers and blue flowers, please rivet the connection ground or take other measures to fix it.
Please hang up pneumatic lifting rod before safety hook rises.

III. Daily maintenance of pneumatic lifting rod
1. Xuedian NJXD pneumatic lifting rod products use self-lubricating materials, which do not need oil lubrication during the lifting process, but filling lubricating oil into the mast is beneficial to protect the pipe wall and seal ring. Please add a small amount of lubricating oil regularly (generally according to the usage, add it every three or four months).
Because the mast is filled with lubricating oil, oil mist will spray out with the air when exhausting, which is a normal phenomenon.
2. After using Xuedian NJXD pneumatic lifting rod product for a period of time, rubber cushion of the joint cover may be degummed and dropped, and should be replaced in time.
