Heat dissipation and characteristics of LED energy-saving lamps for lifting lighting

LED heat dissipation
1. Aluminum cooling fin
This is the most common heat-dissipating method. Aluminum cooling fin is used as part of the shell to increase the heat dissipation area.
2. Heat conduction plastic box
When the plastic shell is injection molded, it is filled with thermal conductive materials to increase the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation capacity of the plastic shell.
3. Surface Radiation heat dissipation treatment
The surface of the lamp shell is treated with radiation heat dissipation. The simple thing is to apply radiation heat dissipation paint, which can bring the heat away from the surface of the lamp shell by radiation.
4. Air fluid mechanics
Use the shape of the lamp shell to produce convection air, which is the lowest cost enhancement heat-dissipating method.
5. Fan
The lamp shell uses a long-lived and efficient fan to enhance heat dissipation, with low cost and good effect. However, ventilator is a little troublesome, and it is not suitable for outdoor use. This design is relatively rare.
6. Heat pipe
Heat transfer tube technology is used to guide heat from LED chip to Shell cooling fin. It is a common design in large lamps, such as street lamps.
7. Liquid globe
Using liquid globe encapsulation technology, the transparent liquid with high thermal conductivity is filled into the lamp body globe. In addition to the reflective principle, this is the only technology that utilizes the heat conduction and heat dissipation of the LED chip's light surface.
8. Utilization of lamp holder
In household LED lamps with relatively low power, part or all of the heating driving circuits are often placed by using the internal space of the lamp holder. In this way, the heat dissipation of the lamp head with larger metal surface like the screw lamp head can be utilized, because the lamp head is closely connected with the metal electrode of the lamp holder and the power line. Therefore, a part of the heat can be derived from the heat dissipation.
9. Integration of heat conduction and heat dissipation-application of high heat conduction ceramics
The purpose of heat dissipation of the lamp shell is to reduce the working temperature of the LED chip. Because the expansion coefficient of the LED chip is very different from that of the metal thermal conductivity and heat dissipation materials we commonly use, the LED chip cannot be directly welded, in order to avoid high and low temperature thermal stress damaging the LED chip. The latest high thermal conductivity ceramic material has a thermal conductivity close to aluminum, and the expansion system can be adjusted to synchronize with LED chips. In this way, heat conduction and heat dissipation can be integrated to reduce the intermediate links of heat conduction.
