When repairing led energy-saving lamps, measures should be taken for safe applications: isolating transformers to isolate mains.
Secondly, the maintenance of led energy-saving lamps that cannot be lit normally: led energy-saving lamps have obvious damage to the components.

 

How to maintenance
Common resonant capacitor C6 breakdown (short circuit) or withstand voltage reduction (soft breakdown), should be replaced with a high-quality polyester or CBB capacitor with a withstand voltage above 1kV.
The lamp filament open circuit. If the lamp is not seriously black, can be used in the broken wire lamp at both ends of the 0.047 μF/400V polyester capacitor connected in parallel at both ends of the broken wire lamp.
R1, R2 open circuit or variable value (generally R1 failure is more likely), with 1/4W high-quality resistor with the same resistance value.
Flashing lights constantly. If the lamp is not seriously blackened, check whether D5, D6 have virtual welding or open circuit, if D5, D6 soft breakdown or filter capacitor C1 leakage and bad, will also make the light flashing.
The lamp is difficult to light up. Sometimes the lamp tube can be lit or the light can be rolled by touching it by hand. This may be due to insufficient capacity of C3 and C4 and not matching.
If a single small power energy-saving lamp after the filament red or luminous phenomenon, should also check whether the D1--D4 is soft breakdown, C1 whether installed reverse or leakage, power supply part of the short circuit.
The core of the choke L and the oscillating transformer B are broken. If you change the core alone, you should pay attention to three points:
(1) Use a magnetic core that meets the requirements, otherwise the inductance value of the choke may vary greatly, laying hidden dangers to energy-saving lamps;
(2) The magnetic gap should not be too small to avoid magnetic saturation;
(3) After the magnetic gap is padded with a suitable pad, it is glued with an adhesive and wrapped with high temperature resistant flame retardant tape to prevent loosening. In addition, the same name of B cannot be connected incorrectly.
Maintenance use trigger tube of the electronic ballast should be the focus of inspection bidirectional trigger diode, this tube generally DB3 type of bi-directional breakdown voltage is 32±4V.

 

Damage Repair
1. Although there is no fuse insurance, does not burn the line at the line and the resistance is obviously damaged, the transistor will undoubtedly be damaged. This may first be caused by the aging of the lamp, followed by the poor use environment, and the other may be caused by the loss of capacity of the C1. For the first two cases, when replacing the resistor and transistor, it is best to also replace the paired C3, C4 small electrolysis. For the latter, C3 and C4 do not need to be replaced. Since C1 works under high pressure conditions, high-quality heat-resistant electrolytic capacitors must be replaced.
In the case of fuse insurance and burn the line at the line, if C1, Q1, Q2 are in good condition, the D1--D4 must be checked one by one for routine inspection and withstand voltage test. Or replace all the D1--D4 with quality products.
C1 burst, such as accompanied by Fuse insurance, burn the phenomenon of line, should be D1--D4, C1 all replacement.
If only the blocking parts and triodes on the Q2 side are burned out, the focus should be on checking whether C2 has penetrated.
If the high-frequency transformer B is damaged, it can be wound on a 10mm × 6mm × 5mm high-frequency magnetic ring on a 10mm × 6mm × 5mm high-frequency magnetic ring, T1 and T2 each have 4 turns; T3 is 8 turns (pay attention to the head and tail). Choke L: Tube Power 5 -- 40W, corresponding between 1.5 -- 5.5mH.

 

Energy-saving lamps of interference

Pay attention to the place
led energy-saving lamps cannot be used in the circuits of dimming table lamps, delay switches, and induction switches.
led energy-saving lamps should be avoided in high temperature and high humidity environment.
Like other lighting fixtures, led energy-saving lamps should not be turned on and off frequently.
