Production
1. All metal parts must be galvanized, and pay attention to protect the galvanized layer during operation.

B The ightning rod on the roof adopts galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 25mm.
c The top ightning rod of the water tower adopts galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 25mm or 40mm.
d The ightning rod on the top of the chimney shall be galvanized round steel with a diameter of 25mm or galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 40mm e. Galvanized round steel with a diameter of 12mm or galvanized flat steel with a cross section of 100mm2, and its thickness shall be 4mm.
Ightning Rod should be made of round steel or welded steel pipe, and its diameter should not be less than the following values:
Needle length less than 1m: round steel is 12mm, steel pipe is 20mm
Needle length 1-2m: round steel is 16mm, steel pipe is 25mm
Needle on the top of the chimney: round steel is 20mm, steel pipe is 40mm

Problem
The welding place is not full, solder medicine is not cleaned, and anti-rust paint is missing. Repair welding should be done in time, knock off the medicine skin and apply anti-rust paint.
The needle body is bent, and the verticality of installation exceeds the allowable deviation. The needle body should be straightened again and installed after meeting the requirements.
The protective distance between the independent ightning Rod and its grounding device and the entrance and exit of the road or building does not conform to the regulations. The distance should be greater than 3m. When it is less than 3m, pressure equalization measures should be taken or Pebble or asphalt ground should be laid.
Note:
Ightning Rod if it is not grounded, it will be a Thunder needle, so be careful.

The function of ightning rod is not as good as ordinary people think. Whether the building is struck by lightning has many factors, and whether it is ightning rod is just one of them.
