Product introduction
The self-locking mast is a mast with self-locking equipment added to the general-purpose mast. Through self-locking equipment, the mast height can be effectively completed and persisted for a long time without using gas to maintain pressure.
Today, our company plans to have two types of self-locking masts: straight-pull bolt self-locking masts (AX) and stud self-locking masts (AXT). Specifications include the number of sections, initial height, and maximum height.
Bolt-type self-locking mast is only suitable for small specification and light load mast.
Bolt-type self-locking can be used not only for upright masts, but also for supporting frame-type masts.
You can choose the specifications you need from our existing products.

Technical description
1 about the principle of Bolt self-locking
Bolt self-locking is to mechanically locate each section of the mast according to the model structure characteristics of the mast cylinder and the shear force between the full-length outer key of the outer wall of the cylinder and the spring pin on the joint sleeve. Its positioning effect depends on the material and cross-sectional area of the key. Because the material of the mast cylinder is aluminum alloy and the cross-sectional area of the key is very small, this bolt self-locking equipment is only suitable for small and medium-sized masts with light load.
2. Selection of two kinds of Bolt self-locking
The direct-pull self-lock is usually applicable to the mast with the initial height below 1.6m, while the vertical self-lock is applicable to the mast with the initial height above 1.6m.

I. Precautions for pneumatic lifting rod
Danger:
1. When using the pneumatic lifting rod of Nanjing Xuedian, make sure that the equipment is perpendicular to the ground and it is forbidden to tilt.
2. Keep away from high-voltage power equipment. There should be no obstacles such as electric wires above the pneumatic lifting rod when it is used.
3. When using pneumatic lifting rod in thunderstorm days, lightning protection facilities must be installed according to specifications.
4. Pay attention to the voltage and current of the load electrical appliances, and do not overload them.
Note:
1. Nanjing Xuedian pneumatic lifting rod is made of precision. Please do not disassemble it by yourself, punch holes or weld on the surface of the mast, otherwise it will cause damage or air leakage, resulting in any damage or air leakage, it is not covered by our company's warranty.
2. Do not use hard objects to impact, scrape or wipe the surface of pneumatic lifting rod.
3. The installation of load should be symmetrically arranged with pneumatic lifting rod as the center and fixed firmly.
4. The electrical box should avoid humidity.
5. Please inject a small amount of lubricating oil into the mast through the gap between the joint sleeve and the cylinder every two months.
6. Before leaving the factory, the pneumatic lifting rod of Nanjing Xuedian has been set with safe air pressure, which does not need to be adjusted.
7. Nanjing Xuedian pneumatic lifting rod is equipped with automatic air supply function. When the mast is used for a long time and the internal pressure is insufficient, the air pump can be turned on automatically, and it will stop automatically after reaching the standard air pressure.

 

II. Installation Instructions
1. Side installation
The installation of Nanjing Xuedian pneumatic lifting rod should adopt at least two points connection, and the connection should be firm.
If the pneumatic lifting rod of Nanjing Xuedian is installed in the carriage, please pay attention to waterproof measures.
The installation dimensions of hoop and bottom support are as follows.
2. Portable bracket installation
Nanjing Xuedian pneumatic lifting rod stands on the ground, the supporting leg is connected with the upper support by bolts, and the supporting Rod and the lower support are connected and fastened by bolts.
Adjust the supporting rod to make the supporting leg support close to the ground, and keep the pneumatic lifting rod perpendicular to the ground.
3. Pneumatic lifting rod rise
Connect the air pump and the air pipe, please use the air separation block, as shown in the figure.
Inflation makes the pneumatic lifting rod rise, and when each mast is lifted in place, the sound of "Pa" will be heard, indicating that the locking pin of this section is locked, and the mast will not fall after the air source is removed.
4. Pneumatic lifting rod drop
If there is no air pressure in the pneumatic lifting rod, please inflate the pneumatic lifting rod before lowering to avoid mast damage or the danger of mast downfall.
Pull down the lock pin handles to lower the pneumatic lifting rod.
Please be careful to avoid the lock pin handle stuck when the pneumatic lifting rod falls.
5. Use of wind-resistant fiber rope
One end of the steel wire rope is equipped with a safety hook, which is buckled on the corner board of the pneumatic lifting rod fiber rope; The other end is equipped with flower orchid, please connect the ground riveting or take other measures to fix it.
Please hang the safety hook before the pneumatic lifting rod rises.

 

III. Daily maintenance
1. Nanjing Xuedian pneumatic lifting rod products adopt self-lubricating materials. Oil lubrication is not required during the lifting process, but lubricating oil is injected into the mast to protect the pipe wall and RS. Please fill a small amount of lubricating oil regularly (generally according to the usage situation, add it every three or four months).
Because the mast is filled with lubricating oil, there will be oil mist gushing out with the air in the pipe during exhaust, which is a normal phenomenon.
2. After using the pneumatic lifting rod product of Nanjing Xuedian for a period of time, the cushion rubber pad at the joint sleeve may degumming or fall off. Please pay attention to rubber repair or replacement. However, the fall of the buffer pad will not affect the normal use of the pneumatic lifting rod.
