1 Foreword
The hand lifting rod is designed for lifting antenna. With the increasing demand for the antenna of motor vehicle, the antenna lifting rod has been widely used. The built-in antenna lifting rod designed in this paper uses pulleys and wire ropes to lift all levels of rods. The product is light, fast, stable and reliable, and easy to operate. It meets the use requirements of the product and has won favorable comments from users.
Manual drive antenna lifting rod generally adopts wire rope and pulley drive. Early lifting rod products, steel wire, pulley and lifting mechanism external, affect the appearance, this product uses built-in wire design.

 

2 Design principles
The structure diagram of the hand lifting rod is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 shows the antenna lifting rod of three rods, and Rod 1 is the fixing Rod. The Rod 2 and Rod 3 inside are respectively pulled by a wire rope, which are active wire rope and driven wire rope respectively. One end of the active wire rope is fixed at a of the fixing rod 1, and the other end bypasses the lower pulleys 1 and 2 of the rod 2, and then rises to the upper pulley 3 of the fixing rod 1, and export the lifting rod through pulley 4 and fix it on the hand-operated mechanism. Both ends of the driven wire rope are respectively fixed at the bottom B and c of the fixing rod 1, bypassing the upper pulleys 5 and 8 of the lifting rod 2 and the lower pulleys 6 and 7 of the lifting rod 3 in the middle, and supporting the rod 3.
The manual built-in antenna lifting rod is characterized by fast lifting speed (multi-rod linkage) and convenient and flexible operation. Due to the built-in steel wire rope, the lifting rod has compact structure and beautiful appearance.
