Every customer wants to know how much wind the lifting bracket they use can withstand after the load is installed. I. Troubleshooting of pneumatic lifting working lights
1. The engine does not start
First, check whether there is fuel oil in the engine oil box of the pneumatic lifting working light? If not, please add fuel,
Check whether the engine switch of the pneumatic lifting working light is connected? If not, turn on the engine switch.
Check whether the engine oil of the pneumatic lifting working light is sufficient? If not enough oil is added.
Check whether the spark plug is in good condition? If not, clean and adjust the spark plug and put it back. If necessary, replace the spark plug.

2. No voltage output
First, check whether the AC circuit breaker of the pneumatic lifting working light is connected? If not, turn on the AC circuit breaker.

II. Precautions for the use of pneumatic lifting working lights:
(1). The generator of pneumatic lifting working lamp should not be used indoors due to the generation of exhaust gas; It should not be used in the direct rain environment, when in use, the combustibles around should be separated at least 1 meter distance; The generator of the pneumatic lifting working light should not smoke when refueling, and the engine should be stopped before refueling, and the gasoline should not overflow when refueling;
(2). During the working process, please do not disassemble the lamps of the pneumatic lifting working lights, otherwise it may cause electric shock. (3). The lamps and lanterns of pneumatic lifting work lamps are very hot when working. Please ensure that there are no inflammable and inflammable articles around the system, and do not put your hands on the lamps to prevent burns;
(4). When replacing the lamp tube of the pneumatic lifting work lamp, the shell of the sticky lamp should be opened after it is cooled naturally, and the lamp tube should be replaced with gloves to prevent the fingerprint on the surface of the lamp tube from affecting the service life of the lamp tube;
(5) when the pneumatic lifting cylinder stretches out or retracts, do not put hands or objects at the position of the stretching point to prevent pressure injury;
(6). When the lamp of the pneumatic lifting work lamp works for a long time, it is normal that the lifting cylinder drops a little, and the lifting light pole should be pressurized in time;
(7). Working in high-voltage wire and other environments, the distance between the lamp panel of pneumatic lifting work lamp and high-voltage wire should be at least more than 5 meters after rising, and the lamp panel should be reliably grounded in thunderstorm days and open places to prevent lightning strike;
(8). If the lamp of pneumatic lifting work lamp fails, it should be overhauled by professionals or trained personnel. Please do not disassemble it without authorization to prevent damage.
