Description:
Some overweight equipment’s like antenna, monitoring cameras, lamps and lanterns are often added on the top of the pneumatic telescopic mast. Due to the increase of the top equipment, plus feeder, the self-weight of the mast, when the pneumatic telescopic mast is rising, the pressure is very large. Therefore, sometimes, the mast will have decent phenomenon. Especially, some telescopic mast use wire rope to lift, after a long time to keep rising, the wire will be broken due to overweight load and the equipment will directly fall from the top and cause damage to antenna equipment.
To solve this problem of excessive load of telescopic mast and maintain the lifting status for a long time, we use the method of electric air pressure lifting plus mechanical locking. It can be placed for half a year or even more than one year. At present, we have two types of locking mechanism: locking methods have two: integrated lock and detachable lock.
Integrated locking system:
It is applicable for payload between 30 kg and 100 kg. It is connected to the mast body. The self-locking device is installed on the sleeve of each section. It is operated with a rotating handle, which can be grasped and fixed firmly. No need to use any tools, and it can be locked by a single person. See the following figure.
