Pneumatic telescopic mast with internal cable built inside the mast

Description:

Built-in design means to line the cable from the inside of the mast body, which can effectively reduce the wind swing and improve the appearance. The design of built-in line has certain requirements on the mast body:

First, the mast body must be hollow, without any winding or fault, so the built-in line is generally used as a power source pneumatic telescopic mast;

Second, the mast body must have a certain space to store the feeder, so the built-in line lifting mast is thicker than the general mast body.

Third, the built-in line is not suitable for all cables, the use of the built-in line design, it must provide the core of the required cable and size. After the line factory processing, can carry on the built-in line design.

Under the following three conditions, it is not suitable to use the built-in cable mast.

1. Too many cable cores are required, resulting in the cable diameter is too large, which cannot be accommodated inside the mast.

2. For some special cables or wires, screw cables cannot be customized.

3. For large masts with a height of more than 10 meters, external cables can only be used due to large load or large stroke.
