I. Product composition
Xuedian NJXD omni-directional mobile lifting lighting car consists of five parts: Pneumatic lifting parts, generator parts, control parts, walking parts, scaffold components and lighting parts.
(A), pneumatic lifting rod parts adopt three-pole high-strength aluminum alloy lifting gas rod with a maximum height of 3.7 meters. It is raised by a special air pump to realize large-area lighting;
The main technical parameters of lifting lamp pole parts are:
1. The minimum height is 1.25 meters;
2. The maximum lifting height is 3.7 meters;
3. Rise time ≤ 40 seconds;
4. Decrease time ≤ 50 seconds;
5. The weight is about 15kg.
(B ), generator parts adopts EC2500XC Honda generator. When the working light uses the generator as the power source, the generator set can work continuously for 13 hours once filled with fuel, when there is Mains, mains can be directly used to meet the lighting needs for a long time;
(C). Control parts adopt remote control and mechanical control: using wireless remote control can realize the lifting of the control cylinder within 50 meters and the turning on and off of each set of lights; you can also use manual manipulator to control the lifting of the cylinder and the turning on and off of each set of lights.
(D). Walking scaffold components adopts universal wheels, which can be easily moved on the bumpy gravel road, and can also be selected as rail wheels according to users' needs, so as to meet the operation on the rail, which is convenient and safe; the work lamp can choose tripod according to the specific usage of users, so as to meet the separation of generator and lamp parts.
(E). The lighting parts are mainly fixed on the lamp disc by four 500 watt lamps, which can be simply disassembled and manually adjusted up, down, left and right, in order to enable all-round mobile lifting lighting car to realize illumination of various angles in a large area;

II. Product usage
(1). Push the product to the workplace and place it stably, and press down the locks of two universal wheels to lock the wheels to ensure that they do not roll;
(2). Place the lifting cylinder vertically and tighten the manual screw;
(3). Put the lamp disc into the minimum axis of the lifting cylinder, tighten the lock bolt after adjusting the orientation, then connect and tighten the aviation plug with the lamp disc aviation socket, then insert the power plug on the cylinder into the socket on the generator;
(4). Check whether the load switch of the generator is in OFF gear;
(5). The generator grounding wire should be reliably grounded in rainy days or humid environment;
(6). Check the oil level of generator oil. The steps are: open refuel coupling door and clean the oil feeler with a clean cloth; Insert the oil feeler into the oil filler Port. At this time, there is no need to rotate the oil feeler, if the oil level is lower than the lower limit of the oil feeler, filling machine oil is required; Filling machine oil to the upper limit of the oil feeler level of the oil, pay attention to filling four-stroke engine oil, and do not use impure four-stroke engine oil or two-stroke engine oil, otherwise, the service life of the generator will be shortened; Tightening machine oil feeler.
(7). Check the fuel level. If it is too low, fill 93# gasoline and install the fuel tank cover;
(8). Check the air filter to ensure that it is clean and intact;
(9). Connect the power connector line of the generator to the manual control box before starting the generator;
(10). Connect the air pump power supply to the manual control box;
(11). Connect the air pipe of the hand control box with the diameter of 8mm to the gas rod, and connect the air pump with the diameter of 6mm; Finally connect the lamp holder switch power supply;
(12). Place the fuel valve in the ON position, and turn choke rod to "CLOSE" during cold start. Position (do not pull the Heat machine lever to the "CLOSE" position when starting at choke; Put the engine switch to the "ON" position, gently pull up the starting handle until the resistance, and then pull up hard, do not let the handle bounce back suddenly after starting, and put it back gently; When the engine heats up, pull choke back.
(13). When using manual work, please turn on the main switch power of the hand control box first, and turn off the light pole after it rises to the highest level and keeps it for 5-10 seconds (built-in two kilograms pressure switch);
(14). When using remote control, please turn off the main switch power of the hand control box first. Remote control has four switches in total. A controls the gas rod to rise, B controls the gas rod to fall, and C controls the Light Group 1, D control light Group 2; When using manual manipulator control, pull the catch facing on the control layout to the manual direction, then the cylinder lifting and turning on and off of each set of lights can be carried out on the control panel.
(15). After the work is completed, the remote control can be used to deflate, or the manual deflate can be used in the manual control box (the main power supply needs to be turned on to deflate), but the manual deflation valve can also be pressed to lower the lamp pole, after the lamps are cooled down, remove aerial linker respectively, loosen the lock nut, remove the lamp disc, and load them into redemption turnover iron case;
(16). If you need to use a tripod, put the lifting cylinder into the tripod and adjust the triangular support of the tripod to make the lamp pole in the vertical horizontal plane. At this time, you can check that the horizontal bubbles on the tripod should be in the center. In windy environment or uneven ground, use hammer to knock down the tripod and fix iron hoop to ensure the stability of the tripod.
