Application of remote control lifting mast automatic control technology

Automatic control technology is one of the fastest developing and most influential technologies in the 20th century and one of the most important high technologies in the 21st century. Today, technology, production, military, management, life and other fields cannot be separated from automatic control technology. As far as definition is concerned, automatic control technology is the technical realization and application of cybernetics. It is an automatic control system with certain control functions to complete certain control tasks and ensure that a certain process is carried out as expected, or achieve a preset goal.

 

Principle analysis
From the control mode, there are two kinds of automatic control systems: closed loop and open loop.

Closed loop control
Closed-loop control is (negative) feedback control. The principle is similar to that of human beings and animals. The system consists of sensors (equivalent to senses) and control devices (equivalent to brain and nerve), actuator (equivalent to hand leg and muscle). The sensor detects the State Information (output quantity) of the controlled object and converts it into physical (electrical) signals to the control device. The control device compares the deviation of the current state (output quantity) of the controlled object to the desired state (quantitative quantity), generates a control signal, drives the controlled object to move through the actuator, make its motion state close to the desired state. In practice, there are various methods of closed-loop (feedback) control, which are applied in different fields and aspects. Currently, it is widely used and rapidly developed: optimal control, adaptive control, expert control (I .e. establishing control rules and procedures based on expert knowledge base), Fuzzy control, fault tolerance control, intelligent control, etc.

 

Open loop control
Open-loop control is also called program control, which sends signals to control objects in sequence according to a predetermined program. According to the conditions of signal generation, open loop control has time limit control, sequence control and condition control. Since the 1980 s, programmable controllers produced by microelectronics technology have been widely used in industrial control (elevators, multi-step machine tools, Waterworks). Of course, some complex systems or processes often use multiple control types and multiple control programs comprehensively.

 

Technology Application
With the development of electronic computer technology and other high technologies, the level of automatic control technology is getting higher and higher, its application is becoming more and more extensive, and its role is becoming more and more important. Especially in the fields of automation, factory automation, robot technology, comprehensive management engineering, aerospace engineering, military technology and so on, automatic control technology plays a key role.
