Direct pull self-locking is generally applicable to masts whose initial height is below 1.6m, while suspended self-locking is applicable to masts whose initial height is above 1.6m.
Brake self-locking is to achieve braking effect through friction between brake and lift rod, which is equivalent to wheel and brake device. When using the lock self-locking mast, it is necessary to tighten the lock. The size of the required braking force depends on the size of the load. The tighter the rotation, the greater the braking force. In actual operation, it is clear whether the braking force meets the load requirements by using a torque wrench. Wrenches or torque wrenches are selected accessories, and the calculation method of brake self-locking braking force is to adopt the thread tightening torque formula.
