Second, trouble light is bright because the bulb loss power of the original car is large (55W), and the power of xenon lamp is small (35W), so the power of the modified car is not enough and the alarm is triggered, as xenon lamp, its starting current is 8A, while the original car is 6.2A, so the line setting of the original car does not match. You need to go to the 4S store to change the circuit mode.
Third, automatic flameout is caused by excessive starting current and electromagnetic interference. This can keep the high intensity discharge away from the engine or change to a low current starting high intensity discharge during installation.
Fourth, this problem is mainly reflected in the Haima Car system, especially the 323 waiting car, because it is powered directly from the battery by the variable light line, and the power supply of the headlight line is too slight, so it does not light up after installing xenon lamp. I. Problem: After installation, the light can be on, but the dashboard fault alarm light is on.

Solution
1. Using a dedicated wire group with resistance (25W) can solve the problem, 25W +35W, just 60W, just like the original car, so the computer detection is normal.
2. Add a decoder to balance and adjust the current so that the starting current of xenon lamp is consistent with that of the original car halogen light fixtures.
3. Add anti-jammer.
 
II. Problem: After installation, the car circuit will burn computer board due to electromagnetic interference.
For example, Buick LaCrosse, Buick firstland, Hyundai Sonata premium, Coolpad, and Grand Cherokee.
Principle: The original car is equipped with special electronic circuit board, which is easily disturbed and will burn out the circuit board or the light will flash or automatically go out.
Solution

III. Problem: After installation, the bulb flashes or often goes out or the left and right lights are on at different times.

V. Problem: after some models are installed HID light, signal interference will occur when the light is turned on when the radio is turned on.
Principle: interference occurs because the frequency signal in high intensity discharge is incompatible with the frequency signal in automobile radio player. At the same time, there are directional reasons.
Solution:
The high intensity discharge can be shifted or rotated to install, which can basically solve the problem. If the signal problem is completely solved, the high intensity discharge can be shielded and isolated.
 
VI. QUESTION: Some models have been installed for HID light for a period of time, and the light can't be changed. After checking the fuse blown of the high beam, but after changing the fuse, what is the reason why the light is broken when it is turned on?
Principle: this is a short circuit phenomenon.
Solution:
First of all, check in detail whether the line has broken skin, short lines, whether the wiring is wrapped properly, and whether the tape is ground, and then replace it with a new high intensity discharge to test whether there will be a short circuit. If the above faults are eliminated, replace the wire group to solve the problem.
 
VII. Question: why does high beam of some models light up while not light up after 10 minutes of opening.
Principle: due to insufficient starting current, HID starting current needs about 8.5A (stable to about 3.5A after one to two minutes), however, the current design of the original headlight circuit is 5.5A-6.5A, so the starting current will be insufficient, so only a group of HID light can get enough starting current, so there will be a situation of one light and one off, which will occur in some high-end models.
Solution:
1. Install a set of relay lines to supply power directly from the battery.
2. Check whether the contact between the 12V input terminal of high intensity discharge and the socket is loose. This situation will lead to insufficient HID power supply due to vibration during the driving process.
3. HID light belongs to high intensity discharge (HID), and high-voltage protection lines are added in High Intensity Discharge. In case of abnormal situations, high intensity discharge will automatically cut off the power supply to ensure the safety of use and vehicles. After eliminating abnormal situations, turn on the power again, and high intensity discharge will work normally again. VIII. Problem: after installing a set of H4 telescopic lights, turn on the lights and the other side will not light up but it will scale out.
Principle: The reason is that the ground wire (negative pole) is not properly connected, the wire plug is not well connected, or the power input plug is reversed.

IX. Question: After the Passat car is installed HID light, it will cause CD audio set pause when it turns light. What is the reason?

Principle: This phenomenon belongs to circuit failure.
Solution:
First, check whether the headlight circuit of the original car is normal, whether the high intensity discharge input power supply is normal, and whether the dipped headlight fuse on the Wire Group or the original car is blown off to eliminate the above faults, it is possible that the plug of the far and near light is inserted incorrectly during installation, which can be solved by changing it.
 
XII. Question: how to adjust the lighting level?
Solution:
First of all, aim the front of the car at a wall with a distance of about 10 meters. Be careful not to deflect the front and keep the body level. In order to be as accurate as possible, mark it with chalk, note that the vehicle should be under normal load standard, that is, there is no excess load, and finally debugging:
1. Turn on the car lights, and the light circle projected on the wall is the basis for correction. The distance between the center point of the two car lights and the front axle of the car should be equidistant from the projection on the wall, otherwise, adjust it according to the third step. The distance from the center point of the right lamp to the ground should be equidistant from its projection on the wall, while the distance from the left lamp should be 10cm higher than its projection..
2. Adjust it into a straight line, left headlight should be absolutely direct forward, otherwise right headlamp can be slightly to the right, because the right side can also see you very clearly. Foggy weather is effective.
3. Cover a headlight for easy adjustment, cover one of them with a thick cloth, so that you can make effective adjustment according to the change of the beam of a headlight on the wall, debugging uses two screwdrivers, one to adjust the height of the beam, and the other to adjust the width of the beam.
