Replacement standard of air filter: the replacement standard of air filter is determined according to the design service life of air filter and the ambient air quality of air compressor, so there are two situations that air filter needs to be replaced:
(1) replacement after the actual use time reaches the design life time. The designed service life of the air filter is usually 2,000 hours, which should be replaced after expiration. If the actual air quality is good, it can also be extended according to the actual condition of the filter element, but the extended service life should not exceed 1,000 hours at most. If the environment of the air compressor is poor, the service time should be shortened.
(2) replace the blockage alarm immediately after the designed service life, and the set value of air filter blockage alarm is usually-0.05bar.
Hazards of extended use of air filter of NJXD pneumatic lifting rod:
(1) the exhaust volume of the unit is insufficient, which affects the production;
(2) the pressure resistance of the cabin filter is too large, the load of the unit increases, and the service life of the main engine decreases;
(3) the actual compression ratio of the unit increases, the load of the main engine increases, and the service life of the main engine decreases;
(4) If the cabin filter is damaged, foreign matters will enter the host, and the host will be locked or even scrapped.

(2) replace it immediately after the blockage alarm within the designed service life, and the set value of the oil-gas separation core blockage alarm is usually 0.8-1.0bar.
Harm of extended use of oil-gas separation core:
(1) the separation efficiency is poor, resulting in a large amount of oil consumption and the oil content of compressed air, which affects the operation of the back-end purification equipment and the failure of the gas equipment;
(2) the pressure resistance increases after blocking, resulting in the increase of the actual exhaust pressure of the unit and the increase of the unit energy consumption;
(3) after failure, the glass fiber filter separation material falls off and enters into the oil, resulting in shortened service life of the oil filter element and abnormal wear of the main engine.
